This is the personal data we request. If you provide more personal data, it will be considered voluntary. We do not store your voluntarily provided personal data. We need your personal data to be able to draw up a rental agreement when you book a house/cottage at Sommargyllen Torpen. We do not use your personal data for other purposes.  

4. Contact form

When you fill out the contact form, we use the data you provide solely to respond to your message. Your data is not used for other purposes and is stored for a maximum of six months.

5. Retention periods

We retain your personal data for the same year that you rent the vacation home.
After the end of the year, we delete your personal data.
If there are legal reasons to retain your personal data longer, this will be done in accordance with legal requirements.
Your voluntarily provided personal data is not stored.

6. What rights do you have?

You have the right as a landlord and tenant to information about the processing of your personal data by us.

You have the right to correct or rectify inaccurate data that we have about you.
You have the right to be removed from Sommargyllen Torpen's records if the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and if Sommargyllen Torpen processes your personal data unlawfully.

This right does not apply if Sommargyllen Torpen is required by law to retain the data.
